sry for nt posting for such a long time.
few days ago been to St.john Island for leadership training.
although it is very tough,have to do pumping n running everywhere
but after thinking,all this work is pay off as we all enjoy this camp alot.
the whole camp was all abt bonding teamwork n more...
i can see everyone putting alot of effort into this camp
like during games time n the discussion time
n the OC which include me was observing them.
also, i facilitate the games n some group was really very serious &
they even take a long time when discussing; den i was at aside laughing non-stop (:
esecially "the ball of string" game which make me laugh non-stop.
everything was going on quite smoothly until the second day where we have our first pumping
& scolding from the teacher; actually many events was happen on the second day but some how
it did nt went smoothly as we think.
our schedule was all mess up n we, the OC was call by the teacher.
after meeting the teacher, everything was back accordingly to the schedule so nth sad happen&
everyone was having a fun day.
the last day of camp, everyone was punctual for morning PT so no one get pumping
n we have some breathing exercise lead by asilah&yong wei.
by den, everyone should be fresh&clear.
after tt, everyone went for wash up n off to the dining hall for breakfast.
gt one additional dish which is hard-boiled egg..(:
after breakfast, it was area cleaning time which some of them go help logistics
some help out at the kitchen n some cleaning the dining hall.
after tt, everyone went back t othe basketball court to assemble n surprisely,
our overall OC ask me to take over n of cos i take up the job n ask the group to report one by one.
everyone was present n off we go to the jetty n head back to school
but den something happen when we want to board the ferry; everyone was rushing up the ferry n no one listen to the teacher instructions so everyone kanna pumping&running around again.
but, there was a group of ppl laughing at us but cheering at us at the same time;
really don't noe wat they mean...hais;
after all the pumping n running, finally we r heading back to marina south jetty
can see everyone was in low mood n the atmosphere was very quiet.
when reach the marina south jetty, everyone was moving very fast&quick but
we hear tt the bus left as trhey waited too long for us so the teacher have to cal them back n pick us up..really feel bad.
along the way back to school, everyone was back to thier high mood
laughing,talking.cheering...
when reach school, everyone quickly bring out the logistics stuff n place them according to groups n den everyone head to the field area where we have our last debrief&
our last group cheer b4 the next meeting; this time round everyone give all thier best shouting to the top of thier voice n we become so united with one another.
